First of all, I love the technical part of my job. I always liked learning how things work. Furthermore, to be a Project Manager, you need to be really customer focused. You need to know about the client’s financial objectives and of course about its expertise. It’s a wide-ranging job!"

You need to be open and rigorous. And also to be people-oriented, it’s important when you manage projects. You need around five years of experience to become a Project Manager."
