Welcome to the age of Digital Happiness

kalendar Thursday, September 6, 2018 9:00 AM - Friday, September 7, 2018 1:30 PM
kalendar Renaissance Barcelona

In a world where experience and emotion are today’s differentiators, Digital Happiness is rapidly becoming the new frontier of competition.

Enhanced by a customer-centric mindset, technology empowers organizations to understand their customers’ and employees’ emotions, to persuade people with hyper-personalized touch points, and to directly impact their happiness and sadness.

Research shows that digital technology makes a big impact on happiness. Yet technology is all too often driven without a people lens on it and this has led to disappointing results.

Sogeti has a different perspective. We understand how technology should be used to deliver better experiences that enrich and enable our lives – thus creating happiness. We believe technology needs to be viewed through this different lens.

It’s time to relook at technology’s role in delivering happiness.

Join us for an ENTERPRISE ACCELERATION BRIEFING on how to REBOOT HAPPINESS on 6-7th September, Renaissance Hotel in Barcelona, Spain.

This Briefing will feature experts from Sogeti, SogetiLabs, Idean, IBM, Intel, HPE and Microsoft. Together, we will discuss and explore your role in the happiness of your customers and employees.

We have developed an exciting 1.5-day agenda which can be found in the first tab below;

  • Each session is presented by thought leaders in the areas of Chatbots, AI, DevOps, Cloud, Blockchain Cybersecurity and Digital Workplace Transformation.
  • These are not your typical, high-level conference speakers, but individuals with actual, hands-on experience in researching, developing and implementing digital transformation solutions and strategies.
  • Examples from a range of organisations across multiple sectors demonstrating real life case studies.
