Discover how to avoid getting stuck in the trade-off between operational control and business agility, so that you can create faster time to market.

Many organizations today struggle to take business innovation from concept into production, while optimizing business as usual.

Consistency, governance, security and regulations are often blockers for flexibility and fast delivery of business innovation into production – where ideas become reality at scale.

Your business DevOps teams need a firm foundation on which to build the speed and flexibility required to deliver your organization’s ambitions, and to comply with company and industry regulations. It is important to control production, whilst enabling developer creativity and collaboration.

Discover how Agility, Quality and DevOps create the ideal template for innovation and change at scale.

Increased collaboration and shared responsibilities between all team members bring maximum business value and the highest quality. ‘You build it, You run it’ is a well-known DevOps mantra.

Autonomous teams are another valuable cultural shift. DevOps team members need to be able to make decisions and apply changes without complex approval workflows and negotiations. Processes should enable frictionless working – with no wasted time.

Set the stage for continuous improving practices and teams. How? With built-in quality, repeatability through automation, and short feedback loops from software running in production.

Join us at this ‘Ideas in Action’ event where we will share the latest findings from our second Continuous Testing Report and insights from our new book ‘Quality for DevOps teams’, which provides a comprehensive approach and methodology to support cross-functional teams in the implementation of quality in their culture, with practical examples.

How Continuous Testing enables innovation and speed-to-market

Our Continuous Testing Report (CTR) 2020 brings together survey data and the opinions of subject matter experts from Sogeti, Capgemini and Broadcom to explore the ever-changing landscape of testing at every stage of the software development lifecycle. This is the second year of our joint survey. To gauge the climate, we canvassed the opinions of almost 500 senior decision-makers in large and enterprise-level organizations in North America and Europe.

In this session, we will discuss how companies are transitioning from automating functional testing to positioning quality and automation at the very heart of the development lifecycle.

We will share key actionable findings around shift left, test orchestration, test environment, shift right, and how teams are getting organized.

Realize your ambition with ‘Quality for DevOps teams’

In recent years, DevOps has proven itself as the way of working in IT delivery. With the help of CI / CD pipelines, teams are able to deliver business value quickly. At the same time, DevOps brings with it a challenge: how does the team maintain its focus on quality throughout the entire IT delivery process? Quality engineering must play an integral role.

This session draws on a new book and renewed TMAP® body of knowledge launched in March. The book ‘Quality for DevOps teams’ is a valuable resource for cross-functional teams in the implementation of quality in their culture. It contains practical examples, useful knowledge, some theory, and insight into new QA & Testing trends.

Discover how Sogeti’s TMAP has developed from a test management approach to today’s broad body of knowledge focused on quality in all forms of IT delivery.

High-performance IT delivery is the ambition. Get ready to realize that ambition.
