HSB's new site attracts new customers and members

Background

HSB´s old website was difficult and expensive to maintain and did not meet the visitors expectations or the business requirements. Visitors were finding it very hard to locate properties and the web site did not support mobile devices also. HSB was in need of modern and new age Omni-channel solution to it’s problems.

Solution

The new responsive web site developed by Sogeti, based on EPiServer CMS, presents a more personalized user experience and powerful search functions for searching apartments, houses and properties. It also provides a powerful communication platform for over 1000 local housing associations within HSB. 

Benefits

This new site has provided HSB with a powerful tool for digital communications. HSB.se is now the public digital interface that will attract new customers and members to HSB. The interface will act as a reference point for all information for members, customers and other stakeholders.
