Use of Xamarin for PicHit's new app saves time and costs

Background

PicHit offers a fun, cheap and easy way to get legally cleared photos – accessible where one needs photos, like during creation of presentation in PowerPoint or webpage in WordPress. The client wanted to make their website even more accessible through apps on the users’ mobile phones.

Solution

Android, iPhone, Windows Phone apps were developed and deployed by Sogeti in Borlänge and was built using Xamarin platform. PicHit.me uses the latest technologies in the development of their mobile solutions and agile practices well suited to B2C (Business to Consumer) services and Business to Business. The project was leaded by PicHit.me based in Visby, Sweden and Sogeti AB in Borlänge.
