Sogeti performs Windows 10 migration study for EU Institutions.
Sogeti was asked to lead a study to evaluate the pertinence of Windows10 and the list of features that could bring real added-value to EU Institution’s: security, mobility management and agility. Sogeti wanted to study how Windows10 can be smoothly integrated to EU infrastructure and systems.
Sogeti conducted Windows 10 migration study to identify how EU Institutions can use them including SCCM vNext such as OS management and deployment of SCCM vNext, SCCM 2007 Migration process, Task sequences, Applications migrations and
Windows 10 Group Policy Object. Sogeti also helped in installing OS security such as User authentication (biometrics, Windows Hello), Windows Passport and Secure boot, Data security such as BitLocker and MBAM, EMP (Enterprise Management Protection), Device Guard, Trusted Apps, Windows Store for Business, Edge versus Internet Explorer 11 and reuse of workstations.
The study and deployment of OS management and security helped in setting up Windows 10 and a strong and new workplace strategy for European Institutions.
