About

As a result of COVID-19, something happened that should have happened much earlier: your home has become the home office. In the meantime, organizations are making plans to furnish the office of the future. We all know it will be hybrid, but that’s so much more than a calculation of office square meters versus working at home.

On this Sogeti Executive Exchange, we discussed:

  • Compare your own plans and vision with those of your Executive peers.
  • Get a better understanding of what corporate culture will look like after COVID.
  • Discuss the digital tools that go beyond Zoom and Teams.
  • Get inspired by best selling author of the book “Work has left the building”
  • Be part of our research project on this topic by sharing your unconventional ideas.

In non-COVID times, Jitske Kramer used to travel the world to learn about other cultures. She is the founder and director of ‘Human Dimensions’, an organization that aspires “to activate organizations to be attractive to everything and everyone by applying anthropological insights”.
