international women's day 2020

A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.

We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.

From challenge comes change, so let's all choose to challenge.

Each year, on March 8, the world celebrates the progress made towards gender equality.  At Sogeti, equality is not only essential, but also a business imperative and a differentiator. Diversity is a part of Sogeti’s DNA and its strength, primarily due to the different countries we operate in, and the people that make our great company.

The UN theme for the 2021 International Women’s Day (IWD) campaign, #ChooseToChallenge, resonates very well with us. This year, Sogeti has accepted the challenge to achieve Excellence - in People, Technology, Behaviours & Ways of working.
