The Challenge

Our client with operations worldwide, faced with legacy processes that had become out-dated and time-consuming, and unable to keep pace with modern and dynamic business environments.

They called on us to, and our expertise in Microsoft OpenAI-based automation to make manual briefing generation more efficient, while ensuring contextual relevance, and compliance with company policies and legislation in different regions. They needed impactful solutions to boost efficiency, streamline operations, lower costs, that — crucially — could be scaled-up.

Using Microsoft Azure, a team of six Sogeti India experts built on the client’s existing infrastructure to design and implement Cloud-native, scalable architecture to create the tools the client needed within their security parameters.

Now, a solution based on Microsoft OpenAI enables automated, executive-level briefings, using optimized prompts to ensure accuracy and compliancy.

• Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): We implemented Agentic RAG, an advanced AI technology that draws from previous briefings, compliance guidelines, and market intelligence to produce context-aware content. This approach supported informed next steps and enhances decision-making
• Cloud-Native and Scalable Architecture: Built on Azure, our solution leveraged the client’s existing infrastructure to ensure security and scalability. A microservices-based, three-tier architecture was used to support long-term growth
• AI-Driven Automation: Utilizing Microsoft OpenAI technology, we automated the creation of executive-level briefings. Optimized prompts ensured the content was both insightful and aligned with policy requirements
