Michiel Boreel Sogeti Global CTO Michiel Boreel has over 28 years in the IT Industry. At Sogeti Michiel also established VINT (Vision, Inspiration, Navigation Trends), a think tank with the goal of inspiring customers to apply new technology in business processes. Constant theme in all of the VINT research is the question what role IT will play in the future society and how technology can be applied to create meaningful business innovation. Since the start of the institute it has published over 15 books and reports. Based on his research, Michiel is often asked for his engaging and visionary speeches or in the role of Master of Ceremony at national and international events. Additionally he works with many clients to create in-house innovation workshops where, through a strategic dialogue, emerging technologies are translated into specific business innovation opportunities. Michiel Boreel is, as Chief Technology Officer, part of the Executive Management Committee of Sogeti and is Corporate Vice President of Capgemini. |

He is co-author of several books and studies on the impact of New Technology: Social media (Me the Media), Crowdsoucing (Open for Business), The techno-economic crisis (Don't be Evil), Big Data (No More Secrets), Internet of Things (Things) “Machine Intelligence”, “Design to Disrupt”. Chris Forsberg Global Chief Architect, Sogeti Chris Forsberg is Sogeti's Global Chief Architect, and his current passion is serverless architectures with microservices, cognitive solutions like chatbots, automation, and beautiful delivery. He has a long background as an architect of digital solutions for many clients on all the major platforms, and love to experiment with new technology. For example, he has put together a YouTube video series on how to get started with the Internet of Things, and has been involved in the implementation of more than 100 apps on iOS and Android. With a global network of 600 architects, he is devoted to creating intellectual property, and one example is Digitecture, a reference architecture for digital platforms. Other examples are Appitecture®, a start package for app projects, and Appcademy®, a certification program for app developers. Chris has received several technology leadership awards including Top 100 Developers (Sweden), and ten years awarded Most Valuable Professional (MVP) by Microsoft. He was an official writer for Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) for many years and has also co-authored a book on mobile development in 2001. |

Claudia Senik Professor, Université Paris-Sorbonne Claudia Senik was born in Paris, France, in 1964. A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Ulm), she wrote her PhD thesis at DELTA (EHESS). She is now full Professor at the University Paris-Sorbonne and Research Fellow at Paris School of Economics. Her main research interest is the micro-econometric analysis of income distribution and subjective well-being. She frequently appeals to a comparative approach, based on the different environments in Western versus Eastern Europe. She is in charge of several international scientific cooperation programs related to her field of research. |
