Michiel Boreel has over 28 years in the IT Industry. At Sogeti Michiel also established VINT (Vision, Inspiration, Navigation Trends), a think tank with the goal of inspiring customers to apply new technology in business processes. Constant theme in all of the VINT research is the question what role IT will play in the future society and how technology can be applied to create meaningful business innovation. Since the start of the institute it has published over 15 books and reports.  Based on his research, Michiel is often asked for his engaging and visionary speeches or in the role of Master of Ceremony at national and international events. Additionally he works with many clients to create in-house innovation workshops where, through a strategic dialogue, emerging technologies are translated into specific business innovation opportunities. Michiel Boreel is, as Chief Technology Officer, part of the Executive Management Committee of Sogeti and is Corporate Vice President of Capgemini.

Menno Van Doorn is Director of the Research Institute for the Analysis of New Technology (VINT). He is co-author of several books and studies on the impact of New Technology: Social media (Me the Media), Crowdsoucing (Open for Business), The techno-economic crisis (Don't be Evil), Big Data (No More Secrets), Internet of Things (Things) “Machine Intelligence”, “Design to Disrupt”. His current project is “Digital Happiness”. Menno is trained in advertising science and economic psychology. He received the Computable Award "IT Researcher of the Year" for research done in the field of open innovation and business transformation.

I have 20+ years in technology spanning diverse industries such as Aerospace and Defence, Automotive, Engineering, Finance and Healthcare. I’ve worked internationally with from small consulting firms through to the world’s largest systems integrators. I have worked at a number of start-ups through my career, one of which resulted in the acquisition by IBM. During that time I ran their Mobile Deployment business for EMEA, and then moved to the hyper growth San Francisco based start-up called Xamarin that was acquired by Microsoft in 2016. Now part of the Global Black Belt team, we help partners build capability to deliver incredible App Innovation experiences for their customers, and help drive new profitability strategies. These experiences include A.I, Bots, Mobility and of course Cloud.

Mike joined Microsoft in 2016 with the acquisition of Xamarin having worked as a cross-platform developer with a passion for building iOS and Mac apps. As part of Microsoft, he started as a Program Manager, managing Azure integrations and then moved into a customer focused role, helping businesses in their digital transformation journey. His passion is for designing and developing cloud connected mobile apps has seen him release numerous apps onto Github for the community to use.

Started as a Management Trainee within KLM Information Services, Berrie quickly took on several management positions within the Development department of AIRFRANCE KLM. As a front-runner and champion for the Agile way of working, Berrie fueled the scaled agile implementation that has now grown to more than ~250 product teams over all divisions.  Currently, Berrie is responsible for the development portfolio of Digitizing KLM Operations, consultant for all the major change programs within IT, and acts the IT delivery manager for the KLM Digital Studio’s.
