When EDF Energy joined forces with SogetiLabs, our research and innovation leaders, innovation moved fast and with purpose, tackling three real-world challenges. The teams were guided by a compressed innovation (Thinkubator) approach, designed as an AI acceleration workshop to rapidly turn ideas into practical, usable outcomes. The focus was clear: move beyond theory and turn critical business pain points into tangible solutions and working prototypes.
