Since FESA is a garage union, the main problem for this kind of company is to keep in touch with their customers directly. They required an easy on-the-go app and web portal to allow customers to access the Union.
Sogeti designed a web portal and mobile app for the garages to receive notification for appointments. The platform allows garages, driving schools and all other companies working on car maintenance to send promotional SMS to their clients.
The business model is SaaS based on a monthly fee to access the booking system (portal). This project is hosted on IBM Bluemix, using their Devops toolkit for continuous deployment.
