Sogeti creates a Collaborative Platform for a French Insurance firm based on IBM solutions

Background

The client had launched a comprehensive project to redesign its intranet as a whole. Initially it had 3 sections, communication (publication of articles, document
management and collaboration/Network). The technological solution adopted by the client relies on all IBM solutions (Websphere portal, IBM Connections, Omnifind)

Solution

Sogeti was sought to improve adoption of the intranet as well as use industrialization for a collaborative approach to change. The method deployed by Sogeti is a framework of tools that enabled classification of uses and providing a framework for promoting professional business and successes.
