The central administrative authority needed a solution that could scale, meet high security and compliance requirements, and at the same time be user-friendly. 

Solution

Together with the agency’s Innovation Lab, we have developed a solution on the agency’s existing platforms that is accessible to almost the entire organization. The solution is built to be secure, scalable and cost-effective, with Swedish data storage and data processing within the EU to meet requirements for privacy and information security.  

Using an intuitive interface, employees can create AI agents that are tailored to their workflows, from processing and decision support to communication and document management. The solution is based on modern architecture and open source code where each AI agent gets a clear persona, can use tools and interact with both people and systems.  

Technically, a combination of: 

  • System prompts, model settings and grounding via RAG to control agent behavior and link responses to your own sources. 
  • Support for tool integration via MCP and OpenAPI, which translates user intentions into concrete system calls. 
  • Broad compatibility with cloud and on-premises models, allowing the right model to be selected for each task. 

The cost model is usage-based, which means that the authority only pays for actual usage, often 10–20 times lower than traditional licensing solutions.
