SAP BPO agreement

Capgemini is first partner to sign global cloud BPO agreement with SAP to deliver SAP® Enable Now to clients.

Paris, December 19, 2019 – Capgemini today announced that it is the first partner to have signed a global cloud business process outsourcing (BPO) agreement with SAP allowing it to offer clients the SAP® Enable Now solution, a platform to build and deploy cloud services for Capgemini clients to quickly learn and adopt technological change. With this solution, Capgemini will be able to support clients’ workforces with a service of continuous training to enable skills upgrades throughout their digital transformation journeys.

Elisabetta Spontoni, Vice President and Global Head of SAP Operations at Capgemini said, “We are excited to announce that we have expanded our partnership with SAP to provide the SAP Enable Now solution to clients. Workforce education is generally managed as a one-time investment by companies; however, with this agreement we are looking to change the paradigm of education and enablement by providing it as a longer-term, ongoing service. We expect to have more than 50,000 users enrolled per year into our education enablement managed services over the next 5 years.

SAP Enable Now is a modern approach to content development and deployment of micro-learning. Its advanced performance support and training capabilities help improve workforce productivity, enable adoption of new platforms, and enhance user experience with a customized approach to cater to a variety of requests. Users can focus on the constant improvement of their knowledge, skills and capabilities from content that has been created with a continuous improvement approach, helping them to unlock business value and outpace competition by positively contributing to the company strategy.

We are delighted that Capgemini is the first strategic global partner to choose SAP Enable Now as their platform to deliver a tailored training and enablement service to their client’s business users, ensuring full adoption and maximum productivity of SAP technology. The combined power of the SAP Enable Now Framework, together with Capgemini’s change management capabilities, enables Capgemini to cater to the every-day business user, to help them be productive from the onset and throughout their journey with SAP,” says Molly Bazemore, SAP Global Head of Training and Enablement.

As a global SAP partner, Capgemini is one of the largest and most experienced systems integrators with skilled practitioners leveraging Capgemini’s decades of SAP experience to serve clients around the world.
