Kofax 8.0 speeds up workflow for VitisLife

Background

Sogeti took over the support for the whole Kofax environment for the client, which involved installation of Kofax 8.0 and support for the migration to 10.1 version. We are also providing support and development of all Kofax applications through ad-hoc demands as well as evaluating maintenance of the current environment through ad-hoc demands.

Solution

Sogeti Luxembourg developed an application for VitisLife for managing paperless signature samples to store their records. This allowed managers to quickly compare the signature of a new document with the reference signature. The project was realized with Kofax 8.0 in combination with a Web Service developed by VitisLife’s teams. This Web Service allows communication of the scanned document and its metadata to the client’s internal application for account recovery, maintenance and technical documentation of the existing infrastructure.

All documents are on electronic support and easily archived for a low cost. Our solution allows integration with SAP application to speed up workflow of document and improving efficiency. The solution is sustainable and flexible for future interconnection with future applications.
