Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has been ranked as a Leader in Ovum’s Decision Matrix Report entitled “Ovum Decision Matrix: Selecting an Outsourced Testing Service Provider, 2014–2015.” The combined testing practice of Capgemini, which incorporates the capabilities of its subsidary Sogeti, was recognized for its significant contribution ‘’in educating the market on the emerging paradigm of comprehensive outsourcing.’’ Capgemini was also commended for a strong client base and vertical presence in the Public, Banking and Telecommunications sectors.
According to the Ovum report, Capgemini has been positioned for ‘’its depiction of organizational models of testing functions and the corresponding implications on sourcing,’’ considered to be the strongest in the market. The key criterion for organizations to feature in the Ovum Decision Matrix report was to possess comprehensive outsourcing of centralized testing functions.
